We are aware of a number of other compendiums of Patient Reported Measures, including:

 

• A spreadsheet of  160 of the most commonly researched PCC measurement tools, which accompanied The Health Foundations “Helping Measure Person Centred Care” document.  

 

• http://www.measuringimpact.org/home. A website with very similar aims to this one, developed by Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals Research Unit at the University of Stirling in Scotland.

 

• The Care Coordination Atlas

 

• A spreadsheet of Patient Centered Medical Home Measurement from the Department of Family & Community Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University.

 

• www.proqolid.org.  A commercial database of around 800 PROMs (mostly clinical).

 

• National Centre for Health Outcomes Development at the University of Oxford Compendium has a series of systematic reviews of PROMs for various long-term conditions.

 

• The International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM)

   

• Department of Family Medicine at MUSC has a list of measures including some for self-efficacy, medicine adherence, CHD and diabetes .
